Return & Exchange Policy

We offer hassle-free exchanges, assisted by our team, providing free pick-up from your delivery address and re-delivery of the new product. Please carefully read our exchange and return policy below:


Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, with the tag intact, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • All orders are eligible for exchange one time only. Re-exchanging the product is not possible due to operational and logistical constraints.

  • Our team will be happy to assist you with selecting the exchange product, so the need for re-exchange does not arise.


Returns:

  • We accept returns within 2 days of receiving the product, only against store credit.

  • No refund will be issued for returned products.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with the tag intact, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • A product unboxing video is mandatory to initiate the return process. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, you will receive an email with store credit equal to the order value (excluding any shipping charges).

  • Store credit is valid for 90 days and can be used on any product across our website www.twamsundara.com.

  • Products bought using store credit are not eligible for re-exchange or re-return.


Process for Exchange/Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at twamsundara@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 70161 29329.

  2. Clearly indicate your order number, reason for return/exchange, and your preferences.

  3. We will arrange a free pickup from the original delivery address.

  4. Once we receive the parcel and it clears the quality check, your new product will be dispatched or store credit will be issued.

  5. There are no extra charges for pickup or delivery.

  6. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • A product unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or store credit as per your preference.
