Return & Exchange Policy

At Twam Sundara, every garment is crafted with care and attention. To maintain fairness, quality, and transparency, we have a clear and customer-friendly return & exchange policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only. Re-exchanges are not permitted.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit will be issued.


Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, and will be processed only against store credit.

  • Mandatory unboxing video (from package opening to product inspection) is required to initiate any return. Claims without a video will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and packaging intact. Products showing wear, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Once the returned product clears our quality check, store credit will be issued.

  • Store credit will be deducted by courier/shipping charges incurred during the return process.

  • Store credit is:

    • Valid for 3 months (90 days).

    • Usable only once on any product at www.twamsundara.com.

    • Not eligible for further return or exchange.

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 2 days of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to process the claim.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit, as per your preference.


Process for Return/Exchange

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return/exchange, and provide the unboxing video.

  3. We will arrange a return pick-up from your delivery address.

  4. After inspection and approval, your exchange will be shipped, or store credit will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised pieces, and items purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Twam Sundara reserves the right to decline any return/exchange request if policy conditions are not met.
